Presented by Megan Sullivan, PhD. Student in the School of Forestry.
Megan is a PhD student in the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Sciences. She studies the ecology of tropical forests. A wide variety of experiences in the field, the lab, and working in botanical drawing, outdoor leadership, and art education has shaped her view on science, environmentalism, and conservation.
Currently, her research focuses on how logging affects tropical forests and the people living in and around them, particularly in Gabon.
