Green Cafe - Disrupting the age-old maple syrup industry

Yannick brought us maple in the spring, a little out of season? Absolutely not, as the maple sap is collected in the spring.  We tried refreshing maple water and different grades of syrup as we learned about the maple industry, like how it takes 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup.
