The Green Cafe: Popcorn: Beyond the Microwave”

Ann showed New Englanders what real mid-west popcorn is all about.  Beyond our classic movie theater popcorn she brought us a variety of maize kernels each with its own unique flavor, color, shape, and texture.  Popcorn was shared all around as we watched it exploded in slow motion, as well as learning it historical significance to American culture.
